Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return
TS Sneaker Apparel products are made to order meaning when orders are paid the production begins on that item. Refunds or Returns are only accepted for defective products. We are unable to offer refunds/returns for incorrect sizes or buyers remorse since our products are made to order. Please contact us directly if any issues with your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following criteria.
- Condition: Unworn, unused, with original tags, and in original packaging.(Since items are made to order we cannot offer refunds for buyers remorse.)
- Proof of Purchase:Receipt or order confirmation is required.
- Return Request:Contact us at service@vibewearlab.com before sending your return. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted
- It is the responsibility of the customer to review their shipping address and information for accuracy before completing the purchase. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued on the basis of an incorrect address.
- If a package is shipped back to TS Sneaker Apparel due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, shipping charges will not be refunded.
If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to proceed.
Exchanges
- The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.
- Exchanges are only valid for full retail price purchases. Sale items, clearance, limited editions, and collaborations are final sale and cannotbe exchanged.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect ltems
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at service@vibewearlab.com so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable ltems
We do not accept returns on:
- Sale items,clearance,and special promotions
- Accessories (any products within accessories category, excluding shoes and heels)
- Lingerie
- Swimwear (without a hygiene sticker)
EXCHANGE
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or if you are sent the wrong item. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at service@vibewearlab.com. We will review and provide instructions on where to send the item and how to submit request for exchange.
- You have 14 days to submit request for exchanges.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- After your return item is accepted, reviewed and approved we will ship out on the next business day. Please allow 2-5 business days to receive.
- You must contact us prior to sending your exchange so that we are able to provide the correct return address. Please note that exchanges for merchandise returned without contacting us will be denied as return address may differ from the original shipping address.
- Include the return form in your package.
- You may contact us by email at service@vibewearlab.com and we will reply within 24 hours.
REFUNDS
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval
- If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Lost or Damaged Packages
- TS Sneaker Apparel process is to ship your order and provide tracking details in a timely manner. However, TS Sneaker Apparel will not be held responsible in the event where your package is believed to be stolen or goes missing after the carrier marks it as delivered.
- If you believe your package has been stolen or misplaced, it is up to the customer to file the appropriate claims with the relevant mailing carrier and file a police report if necessary. TS Sneaker Apparel will not issue refunds or replacements once the package is marked as delivered by the courier.
- lf the issue was due to our error, we will provide store credit or a replacement, but no cash refunds.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Orders can only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of placement.
- Address or order detail changes must be requested within 30 minutes of purchase.
- Refunds for delaved shipments do not apply to orders placed on weekends or hoidays, as these do not count toward processing times.
- TS Sneaker Apparel does not issue store credit for price differences due to later sales or discounts.
